82-Year-Old Powerlifting Grandma Makes Intruder Regret Breaking Into Her House

She is one tough lady!

An intruder in Rochester, NY, had no idea what he was getting into when he decided to break into the house of Willie Murphy, an award-winning bodybuilder and a grandmother who power lifts. As reported by WHAM, she was about to go to bed when the intruder knocked at her door requesting her to call an ambulance for him. She said that she had informed the police about the emergency but she would not allow him inside.

It was then that the intruder forced his way in and kicked the door. "It’s kind of semi-dark and I’m alone, and I’m old. But guess what, I’m tough. He picked the wrong house to break into," she told WHAM.

She then decided to take the matters in her own hands and started by throwing a table at the intruder. When that broke, she used the broken table legs to hit him. She used whatever she could find at hand and whacked him until he could fight no more. As the struggle continued, the police arrived due to the telephone call she had made earlier.

"So they come in," she said. "He’s laying down already because I had really did a number on that man. I’m serious." The intruder was taken away in an ambulance to which she said, "I think he was happy when he went in the ambulance because I sent him in the ambulance. Yes, I did."
