The network’s Harris Faulkner and contributor Lawrence B. Jones make shocking attempts which pointed the blame, surrounding Epstein’s deal with Acosta, to President Obama, this despite the fact that Obama was not even president when the deal was made.
The ongoing sex trafficking scandal, which the billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein is currently embroiled in only seems to be getting murkier by the day. And, it really spells bad news for the Trump administration.
As per a report on Washington Press, Epstein was apprehended over the weekend in New York on charges related to the sex trafficking of minors. The report also sussed out that 'the current president is a former associate of Epstein’s and was in fact previously accused of raping a 13-year-old girl at one of the serial child molester’s infamous parties. On top of that, Trump made comments about Epstein in 2002 that clearly alluded to underage women.'
But, that is not all. What's even daunting is that Trump’s Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta is allegedly responsible for letting Epstein get away with a shockingly light sentence in 2007 when Acosta was a U.S. Attorney in Florida. It is believed that Epstein only had to serve a paltry 18 months in a private wing of the Palm Beach County Stockade and enjoyed several other perks, which included being allowed to go on work release to his office six days a week, despite strong claims adding to the strong allegations that Epstein had sexually abused several underage girls.
Interestingly, when Trump was asked about Epstein recently, president shockingly favored Acosta in his views. In fact, the question left him visibly upset albeit he downplayed his rapport with Jeffrey. Add to that, the recent interference by Fox News is what's irking millions. The report suggests that 'Fox News is running interference for our vile president as they always do. The network’s Harris Faulkner and contributor Lawrence B. Jones astonishingly tried to blame Epstein’s deal with Acosta on President Obama, this despite the fact that Obama was not even president when the deal was made.'
Going by the report, Lawrence B. Jones went on to add, "I don’t think people are taking a total look at this because there are a lot of things that go into these decisions. A, when’s it’s someone like this involved it does not skip Washington. That means the AG knew about it. That means the investigative agency, the FBI, Bob Mueller." This was padded up by Faulkner, who added, “Well as Christine Pelosi said, some of the faves in the Democratic Party may be on a list,”. This also points out to the fact that Faulkner fundamentally misrepresented what the Speaker of the House’s daughter said. Christine Pelosi didn’t really voice concern that Democrats might go down due to Epstein but rather that any anyone implicated in these crimes must be held accountable, regardless of their political party.
“This was in 2008 under a Democratic administration,” added Jones in either ignorance or dishonesty. Obama wasn’t sworn into office until January of 2009. At the time of the Acosta-Epstein deal, George W. Bush’s Republican administration was in power.
“Right,” replied Faulkner, agreeing with Jones’s false statement.
“So it’s not just Acosta making a decision like this, other factors go in, and if there was corruption than every investigative agency that was involved with it, including the Attorney General’s office knew something about,” Jones concluded, unintentionally hinting how several other Republicans could be involved in the corrupt deal.
