He had earlier slammed her publicly for her bringing up Kobe's sexual assault case.
In a recent interview with WNBA champ Lisa Leslie, journalist Gayle King had brought up Kobe Bryant's legacy and also the sexual assault charges he faced in 2003. This created quite a stir and numerous fans felt that this was disrespectful towards Kobe's memories. Snoop Dogg had slammed Gayle King on his Instagram post and publicly demonstrated his displeasure over the incident.
He has, however, now chosen to apologize for his outburst and took to Instagram again to reveal that he was sorry. As reported by HipHopDX, he posted an Instagram video and wrote: "Had a talk with my momma thank u mamma 💕🌹 2 wrongs don’t make it right time to heal 🙏🏽💙 @gayleking Peace ☮️ n love Praying for u and your family as well as Vanessa and the kids"
He spoke to his fans via Instagram video and said: "Big Snoop Dogg coming at you live and direct with a message. Two wrongs don’t make no right. When you’re wrong, you gotta fix it. So with that being said: Gayle King, I publicly tore you down by coming at you in a derogatory manner based off of emotions…me being angry at questions that you asked."
He continued: “Ummm, overreacted. Should have handled it way different than that. I was raised way better than that. So I would like to apologize to you publicly for the language that I used and calling you out of your name and just being disrespectful."
Well, that's one way of dealing with the situation and Snoop definitely got around to showing everyone that he was indeed a man who learns quick and does the right thing.
